Insurance Rates for 6 Unit

Just trying to get a sense of how much insurance rate variation there is in different markets. I realize underwriters take location into consideration among other things but I'm curious what other owners of multis with at least six units are paying and in what market. I'm looking at a property with an annual insurance premium of just over $5000.00 in Maine.
