We would be spending about $6,200 a month on it and hopefully get $5,000 in rent.

Once I fix up the basement, we are hoping to rent it out for about 1,300k which will be my monthly gains. 

So I'm hoping to build connections with like-minded investors and to expand knowledge within the house flipping side of investing.
