It's always funny (not really funny) how some people, like the one above, copy someone's written words or for that matter artwork, layout, or copy written material and claim it as their own.

Here is the Billboard layout I am thinking of using...Im not planning this for a month or two..

I would do in person appointments lay out the maps and the US GS quad maps and the other thing that set me apart is that I would go take my own aerials.. 

If I may suggest changes...1) Make the layout consistent...

I literally sent out my first yellow letter a month ago.Yes it was not quite the truth to use the word "usually" but if I had to explain my whole life story and lay out my investing plans and goals just to be 100% precise I'm sure the sellers would feel their time was wasted.

They both lay out the roadmap for doing this well.

Excellent work utilizing the existing layout, especially in the kitchen.

Maybe the major road, maybe the layout, maybe the garage bring it down in comparison.  

Initially, you may want to make this “$0” until you are comfortable with your PM, and also layout the preferred method of communication – I suggest written so there is a paper trail.
