I need some personal advice.I heard the ultimate beginner's guide podcast today.

This morning I seen that in our state of KS 75% of children are on government funded lunch programs since their families meet the poverty level income criteria.

A great place to start is by reading the "Ultimate Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing" (under the Learn tab above), using the search tab, etc.Like Toronto, there are "pre-construction" condo assignments happening in Vancouver, but it is very important that you verify if wholesaling/assigning contracts for resale properties can be done in Vancouver.
