This is mainly because they have a direct feed from 98% of the 3150 (approximately) counties in the United States.What I find so great about this data too is that it's incredibly fresh, and CoreLogic even tells you how old it is before you pull the data.

My personal take is that rental arbitrage doesn't work for most people because the research needed to find quality opportunities is half baked, whether it's comps not being analyzed thoroughly enough, liability/insurance/contracts not being properly assessed, risks not taken to full account/assuming best case scenario will be the only scenario, and due diligence not taken seriously enough.
