I acquired a mobile home on a 7000 sq ft lot through foreclosure in Merritt Island Fl. and I need to rehab it so I can get it rented out. 

I wouldn't just throw a dart at a map and start buying RE.I get good cash on cash returns by finding a junkie foreclosure, get directly involved in the rehab, and directly involved in choosing a renter.

well I am going to be totally bias here but the info is accurate and extremely valuable. it helped me buy and off market strict foreclosure in Lake Oswego that no one could get to.. we bought out the contract and it was a Hoarder house extreme  one owner in Jail  other we had to find in a MHP in Salem Oregon. etc etc.. one of those you work your butt off for.210k on the purchase can make 3 lots worth 300k each..

What are some good sources to find good deals in specific areas like foreclosures etc.

How about Foreclosures; Sherriffs Sales; Zombie homes (203k loan) and the like?

The payoff at closing will stop the foreclosure process.

Average foreclosure which is a complete rehab from studs out are selling for $125-135k.

Instead of owner-occupied rentals, we bought a "livable" foreclosure that we're flipping while we live here.
