Totally re did the landscaping.

Title, photographer, stager, home inspection, roofer, foundation co, GC, any other trade---electrician, plumber etc, landscaper, furniture company, hard money lender, wholesaler, concierge type service, mover, painter, appliance company, the list goes on and on and on.

We also added landscaping, took down a deck and above ground pool, and also installed new cook top.

Just like how interstates killed off highway towns and when cities like Charlotte have light rail expansions those neighborhoods shoot up and growth follow.

Depending on the nature of the expansion, but it sounds like you'd be paying for it... 

Long story short: the tree in my backyard is too dangerous for landscaping contractors to remove.
