When I click on the post, I can read them and write a reply  It is just when I hit "Post Reply" that I get an error message that I do not have the credentials to post in that forum.I had never encountered this issue before yesterday.

What is the best process to make sure you are not getting scammed and just getting in a Mastermind that continually asks for more money to get to the "next level?"

There has been an increasing number of employment scams taking people's ssn, bank account info, etc.

I can't seem to find this info anywhere else, and I'm curious if any of you have encountered a similar situation.

Lease Options, as the Optionor / owner are one of my favorite strategies with nicer SFHs but RTO or lease purchase 'deals' you see advertised are usually a scam if you're the lessee. 

This is everywhere so personally I dont need to encounter it here.
