The next couple days began a deep dive of finding trying to accumulate as much knowledge as possible on BiggerPockets and to began using the BP calculators.

I said  guys, I can explain everything if you're willing to listen, you just have to think outside of the box and have an open mind otherwise I will be wasting my breath......

For me, it makes sense to work with other partners, team members and mentors that encourage me to take a breath and plan.

I didn't even buy it that deep, and didnt have too.
