How to obtain keys to an out of state foreclosure

I’m looking at bidding on a auctioned home online for an out of state house. Does anyone have any advise how to obtain the keys after winning the bid? Will a property management company handle that for me and place a lockbox on the house so I can get contractors in there? Anyone bought out of state? How do you go about it?
