I track inquiries, leads, forms, sales channels, sources and campaigns on thus cloud based system.

I have a few investors to reach out to but I don't know the proper way to communicate with them.

This includes every aspect of communication.

There are sites in construction right now that will be developer-centric and allow folks to share a common marketplace while they own and control their own lists of investors along with communication to them.  

I am not the type of person to cut corners or sneak around, so I'm a bit weary to take advice to just forget going through the proper channels.

JillAnd you can have the Google Hangout text/message box open as a pop-up over a Gmail window....which is a much cleaner way to communicate than having a Facebook page open using FB Messenger!!

There is not one big breakthrough or reality television moment for me ( as mentioned)--just day in day out maintenance of property and maintenance of the tenant relationship (through good communications).
