I've also heard that you shouldn't you LLC funds for personal reasons, to get access to those funds do you give yourself a salary and pay normal income taxes on them?

I will offer to help them any reasonable way I can like helping with their kids fundraising events,attending and sponsoring their charity event and sports teams,and just be apart of their lives to stay at the top of their minds when someone they know needs a Realtor to handle their real estate needs.

He's going to see (more than one) estate / trust lawyer to find out what his options truly are, but I want to believe he could place all the business assets in a trust of some sort and liquidate them as necessary, which would provide the income necessary to care for his parents, plus some income for him while relieving him of the stress / burden of maintaining the business on his own.Does that sound reasonable?
