Are you currently experiencing developers/re professionals within your network investing in the Turner Field area?

Hi folks, Having been through the neophyte to expert path a few times on various skills I know that me as a neophyte right now on buying / evaluating a MHP I might think something is a big deal but it really isn't and the worst situation is not realizing what the important issues are and finding that one out after you bought the farm (err park that is).1960's/70's parks: set back, close pad spacing and short lots AND combined with per pad septic.Reading in MHU's 30 day due diligence package, per pad septic go bad then you have to cannibalize the pad next to it for a new field.

I'm 16 years old and recently realized real estate is what i'm going to do. i vision myself very successful and know this is the career for me.

Unless you are in at least the top 5% of earners your career is unlikely to ever make you rich even if you live well below your means.

I'm a bit gunshy regarding a grey area so early in my career, so I might avoid this one...

I don't know the wholesale field but that seems very high!

I was just wondering if someone would like to be my mentor or have any advice on where I should start or what books I should read before starting my career in real estate

I'm due to get out in January of 2015 and plan to transition to a career doing freelance programming (which I already do).My goals in real estate are to roll into buy/hold/rent and rehabs.

I've read two of Robert Kiyosaki's books (I'm sure plenty of people have mixed views on him and the books), I've learned as much as I could from several mentors, and I'm constantly thinking of breaking from the mundane cycle of going to school to get a career, and I'm hoping to own my own business someday.
