Hi everyone!

I'm excited to finally starting my dream of getting involved in Real Estate.

I am very motivated to get started, I have been reading a lot over the years on and offline and I finally feel I am ready.

I took everyone's advice and found a close friend who I hope will become my mentor. Apart from that, I am looking to meet people in the San Diego area who are involved in RE Investing and maybe meeting up.

I would also like to know if there are any BP events here in San Diego or if any members here meet up once in a while to share experiences and exchange tips.

Nice to meet everyone and I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with all here on BP.

You can make money in every area of SoCal. Currently, I am buying (actually in escrow) or rehabbing a total of 13 houses in 9 different cities in my farm.

I have a very successful friend from San Diego who moved out of state a year or so ago. He realized he could make more money doing deals in San Diego so he just moved back. There is opportunity all around you. Your job is to become a deal hound and sniff them out.

Nobody has a sign in their front lawn that says "For Sale By Owner. My house is worth $500K, but I'll take $250 if you make me a cash offer today."

Every Tuesday there is an informal luncheon at 275 E Foothill Blvd, Upland at the Sizzlin Skillets Steakhouse. It starts at 12:00. I recommend you make the drive up if you can. I think you'll find it worth your time. I've driven down to San Diego more than 100 times to attend meetings. I've flown to Florida to attend seminars. If you want to succeed, you have to make time for and surround yourself with the people that will help lead you to success.
