@Javiyan Jones Please stay away from them....the last thing someone in foreclosure needs is for you to tie up their property, then not be able to close....leaving them no time to find a real buyer before the auction

First,  Erich what you mean by “foreclosure”....1) a property going Through the foreclosure process, or 2) a property that has Already gone to auction and is now owned by the bank.Banks don’t typically offer any financing on their reo’s, especially small loans like $30k.
