Hi EveryoneFor the past 5+ years my company has been long term leasing apartments, duplexes, townhomes, and houses as regular corporate tenants and then actively managing them as corporate and short-term rentals.

Most guests I never have to meet and they can checkin anytime.  

You can have multiple IRAs  but only one active 401k. 

You'll find a great group of people here, including some very active in your target market.

But he's a guest, and I don't see why he'd need a background check.
