Just wondering if anybody else has had the same experience that I have had having to deal with Airbnb Cover.Earlier November 2022, we had a guest stay at our STR home, and they "accidentally" had a candle fire.

It's underlying intent isn't such that two actively involved neighbors should ever deprive the other of property through an accidental encroachment.

Unfortunately, those are the ones, that cause a lot of the bad press.

I know because I have accidentally done it twice.

I've accidentally voted on a couple posts I've strongly disagreed with, because I was trying to see who voted while using the app. 

I am meeting the agent on another property tonight and will press for more info. 

I got my start in Real Estate when I became an accidental landlord in 2009, now I am looking to buy another single family or small multi-family out of state.

I find in San Diego the fourplex pickings are pretty slim (not a lot of fourplexes built for the size & population of the area) along with cap rates so low you'd be hard pressed to cashflow on them.That said, I'd be curious what places your agent has in mind and would definitely give an ear to his opinion.
