With Pittsburgh being the largest city in Appalachia it has a lot of same characteristics you see in West Virginia, western VA, SE Ohio, and eastern Kentucky where the hills/valleys/rivers/creeks all create natural barriers to travel.

She is great with people, firm on the rules, and knowledgeable on housing laws in the west suburbs.

Make sure you get the payoff amount, the lien amounts etc to be able to determine if its a deal or not. in some states specifically the west coast .. its illegal to help folks in foreclosure if your not a licensed foreclosure consultant.. and penalties are very stiff.. for the reasons Lydia described..
