New Member Introduction - Las Vegas, NV

Hello BP family!

I'm Grant,

Currently living in Las Vegas, NV after just moving here from LA. Not the most ideal cities to begin investing in. Which is why I'm looking to network with real estate investors, realtors, lenders, the whole nine yards in the mid-west / south region. My main target area is Kansas City to begin with simply because I'm looking for a market to implement the BRRRR strategy with properties that would appraise between $80 - 120k. The goal is to purchase my first rental property within the year. I am a recent graduate with minor amounts of student loans to my name but I am still in line with my DTI to be under the 36% threshold most lenders look for.

I have been studying all aspects of real estate investing for the past 3 years now. From college to now being a Commercial Real Estate Analyst I am ready to start taking action. The ideal regions and cities would be mid-west / south i.e. Kansas City MO, Dayton OH, Detroit MI, Forth Worth TX for starters. I know Texas is not the best starting place in certain areas for under $100k properties but I am originally from DFW so I figured I'd throw in my hometown market.

Please do not hesitate to connect with me, especially investor friendly realtors. Looking forward to working and connecting with you guys!
