She also wasted a lot of time with the big banks, as many commercial real estate investors often make the mistake of targeting first.

This was because of 2 things; first, the property management company I had was awesome and took care of everything well enough that I didn't have to get involved outside of electronic communication and 2nd, The lease document I had used was given to me by someone who owned several hundred rental units (in Canada) and was rock solid.

I've no battle scars in the World War of REI just yet, but I'm not too proud to ignore solid advice.

I could keep typing for hours, there are so many different methods to being an investor that some people are able to make good money doing, but if you're looking to be a landlord, then a flipping boot camp is a total waste!

If you don't have a funds to do this consistently over time and expect results from your first mailing, you're wasting you money.

Hello all,Hopefully I didn't miss this when performing a search, but I've read over everything I can find on seller financing and it looks like it will now be more difficult than ever to sell the POH on any purchase.I do have two thoughts on the matter though and hopefully someone with more experience can tell me if I am wasting my time.

Based on the couple conversations I've had with him, he seems like a pretty solid guy.
