Hello Sean.I'm not sure how you plan on setting up your US investment structure, but this endeavour will not be easy at all, but it's doable.I am an investor, property manager and broker and as an investor with all of the expenses (overhead) it takes to invest in the US (Houston, Texas to be exact) from abroad, you have to really be particular on what you buy and hold.
