Time to utilize the online version of a HELP DESK and help yourself with the knowledge and information here on Bigger Pockets!

If you don't have a local REIA go to a local hardware store (not the big box shops) and start asking the guys working the desk if they know any investors that have done condo conversions.

I'm happy to join what seems to be such a positive online community and am looking forward to networking with others - especially those in Virginia.

If it stands up to the wear in your local Kwiky Shop, it will handle tenants easily, and look good doing it.

One thing I found out so far is that BP is a great resource and I am online every day.
