Rehab Loan?
So I came across a deal I couldnt refuse. Owner is pretty much giving the house a way. Well for a couple thousand. The problem is the house needs some rehab. I would say between 30k-40k. Only problem is I dont have that much extra money sitting around. What would you recommend me doing to complete the rehab on the deal.
