Hi All,

I just setup an account and thought I should introduce myself. I'm a real estate buyer agent at a full-service rebate brokerage, and a buy and hold investor in the Durham / Chapel Hill NC area. I'm looking for REO's (to purchase, not to list), HUD homes, foreclosures/preforeclosures etc.

So far the posts have been very informative - I'm looking forward to helping where I can and meeting some great people here.
