I have a duplex in a B neighbor in Austin, TexasEach side is renting to 2 long standing residents for way under market value.the market dictates that a unit that size in its current condition rents for 1600.00-1700.00There have been 2 duplexes that have sold in that area for 650k-700k rehabbed.We have it listed 560K here are some pictures https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/2306-La-Casa-Dr-7...what price would make this property a better deal so I can get it sold.
