I'm from Haywood Co,. which I'm surprised to see jump into Tier 3 this year, and perhaps more surprised to see that my wife's Guilford Co. friends and family are now living in a Tier 2 county.

The problem is, the only housing/rental markets I've ever known are Denver and Northern Colorado: Prices are high and increasing, rents are relatively high, and vacancy rates are low. 

This is a different property management co.

I'll get straight to the point my friend/co-worker has a home paid off already but still owes property tax.

Has the seller signed the contract cancellation and escrow release,mans has this been given to the title co.?  

I have a new rental under contract in Colorado.

Find a partner in Bend to co-list any properties they want to sell.

I don't know MN, but in CO you must be an agent to manage other people's property.

Not having much luck finding a deal to even get started in this crazy Denver/Aurora marketplace. Any kind info shared would be greatly appreciated.
