It sounds like at this point your options may be to either: A) see if there are other forms of investing he could get on board with and start there to see if he grows more comfortable with time and experience or B) table the investing for now in order to preserve your marriage.

There is no better way to get started so that you can a) build equity b) save on rent so you can pocket your salary for investing.

Hi @Charles Seaman I’m looking for decent areas, Class A,B maybe C depends on the demographic and I’ll be very active for a few years then look for a property manager.

Here's a sample breakdown of what money belongs to each property:Property A: $2500, Property B: $5000, Property C: $5000 for a total of $12500.Easy enough.
