How is your business doing?
Hi all, I'm not 100% where to post this but I thought it would be fun.
From Minnesota
I started investing in, 2012
Current unit count, 38
Gross rents up to end of 2019 $1,083,000 (A)
Rent that I've been "burned" on $5330 (B)
A/ (A+B)= .995
99.5% collection rate.
3000 was from renting to a "buddy" (just don't) So it would be 99.9% without that stupid tax.
Please share yours if you wish!
