Flint is a very rough place.Personally, I don't invest there but I was thinking, if you are championing gentrifying the area vs. just buying,it might help others potential investors know where to invest and help cluster investments to make them more valuable if there was a map of the area with a numbered grid on it.Each grid being a small area, for instance 5 bock long by 5 blocks deep.

Charlotte is a not a very walkable city but there is a strong consumer preference for areas that have establishments (bars, restaurants, tennis courts, parks, etc.) or public transportation nearby and within walking distance.
