@Aaron Watkins hello! We are Flint investors looking to expand. So far we have 4 single family rentals. Looking to get into small multiplex. 

@Scott Mac not sure if you have been to flint, but you can go across the street and be in a totally different world. There are many areas that are beautiful and safe and on the upswing, and they are not all in the areas you mention above. It’s just a city that you need to see for yourself, not on a map. And I hope I’m not sounding rude! I live 15 min outside of Flint and didn’t think it would be a good place to invest, but the rental market has had a huge upswing in the last year!  You need to know the area to make wise investment choices.
