I like to surf (and punch sharks in the nose :)!).

I live in Santa Cruz, CA with my partner in life, enjoying the laid back lifestyle, surf, wine & ocean air. 

I use to surf in front of this home when in college, so when I got the call that it was available I made an offer.

Do rehabbers in CALIFORNIA tend to slow business as the SURFING months approach?

I’m hosting a meet up this Wednesday at Taco Surf on Los Al Blvd. at 7pm.

But the values, lifestyle tempo, less traffic if you're local, surf if that's your passion (it's mine) and just a more laid back and down to Earth mindset with San Diego overall is certainly worth a look.

I love Maui, go there to chill and surf and hang as often as I can.

I have always visited my grandparents in Delray Beach my whole life, I love the area and especially their waves for surfing!

I have also spent $20K on a 4/3 place that had 2 kitchens, and it’s my most profitable property.If you surf Craigslist and eBay buying used furniture for a 3BR home (which I have done before), you might spend $3-$4K less and two weeks of extra time.
