So I suppose there are 3 routes, you can reach out directly to suppliers to try to build a relationship, use a service like Minoan, or join a buyers group and just reap discounts.

I think it rains more or is known for gloomy days but, the summer is supposed to be nice.

I suppose if someone's felony was some kind of drug use thing 30 years ago and was a one time thing I might consider it.

The first one showed up unprepared to do the job and the second one couldn't show up when he was supposed to. 

Every day I see inventory on the market, which is supposedly "wholesale".

There are also owners that buy at $30,000 home that is dilapidated, in the worst part of town, and not in rentable condition to anyone that has a job or just standards in general.I suppose there is the chance that you were done wrong by 5 property management companies, and had a run of horrible tenants, but I would wager a guess you got what you paid for.
