Here's a hint...do all your financial due diligence on the property...pull comps, calculate the ARV, etc...before you view a property.I actually have my analysis worksheet, where I've run my high-level numbers, on my Note 4 (love this phone!).

They probably won’t have websites and though they may hint that they lend (sometimes they give large hints) they will not do any serious advertising.
