Been reading many posts and my heads spinning.

It may take longer to fill but the water supply during the rinse and spin  cycles will be much less so in my opinion the machine may not function properly, and more importantly a 3/8 supply may not meet plumbing code as I have never seen a washing machine supply less then 1/2 inch.

You will need to establish your buying criteria, then make sure your "leads" fall within them: "pull comps, run numbers" as Jimmy said.When you get tired spinning your wheels checking out other wholesalers stuff, where there is never any meat left to begin with, maybe you can go driving for dollars, put up some bandit signs, or do some direct mail marketing to get some leads of your very own to qualify.

I get told, the you're crazy look, and you can't do that at least once a day when people ask what i'm working towards or what my goals are for this year. try to turn what your naysayers into motivation for reaching your goals that helps put a positive spin on what could otherwise be negative. 

Sometimes I just spin my wheels trying to over think on deals.

Things in the sweet spot of our market are still moving very quickly, with less than two months on market average.I think there is a lot of concern in the air right now, mostly due to slightly educated people putting a dark spin on the state of the economy.

It gets you spinning with confusion and or fear.Now I am not says to not to not research or do your due diligence, and BP is fabulous!

I have been following this conversation from the side lines but your post kind of bothered me as you seem to always post on bay area discussions with the same negative spin how the bay area people are bragging and or how they they believe in appreciation and how that is a bad thing.  

They can't take your car for a spin or go use it with Uber/Lyft.I'd check your state laws (better to talk with someone who does property management or a real estate attorney), but out here your friend would be violating the law.

Otherwise it can spin out of control quickly.
