Honestly, Stepstone seems to have a pretty interesting value proposition for investor agents.  

They had an 8 page application that seemed a little shady to me because it felt like they are trying to seek out inside information about the companies I worked for, like how many employees work there and what's that companies value proposition, who are their competitors, what's their competitors value proposition, etc. 

So when they land all they see is the: headline, value proposition and the form to fill out.4.

It's not an either/or proposition.

He was going to make 7% interest on his equity over the coming 5 years.Another detail I left out is when I paid off this 2nd mortgage three years early, I made a proposition to the seller and successfully negotiated a discounted payoff. 

Then use the equity from the new property to purchase another, rinse and repeat.The long term goal would be to generate about 10k/month of cash flow.Is using a HELOC from my primary residence a risky proposition?

You're not going to find any better cost/rent value propositions in the region than here.

Hello Everyone, I was just given a proposition to partner in deal for a house in Irvington, NJ ( a high rental area), 3bd /1bth SFR, for $69K, he puts in nothing but "experience" and he'll handle cosmetic repairs and the fixes around the  house.

I considered propositioning town on  a shared piece of unbuildable land with common driveway or private road, but again no guarantees.My main question is: Is the extra land valuable to most?
