My name is Chris Parker. I have bought two single family homes and am in the process of buying a duplex. I sold one home and I have rented out the other for close to five years now. I'm from Utah originally; I have been in the navy for the last four years and it has brought me to Washington. I like the idea of becoming financially free! I want to make enough passive income to support my family. I found BiggerPockets mearly by searching the internet.

Welcome to Everett! I grew up in north Everett where my parents rented out our basement to college kids. The college is growing like crazy, so I agree with @Chris Newman, lots of opportunities around there. Best to you!
