I've seen posts on here from a few years ago about rental portfolio dashboards, but all seem to be inconclusive or suggest a software subscription to have such a reporting tool. 

Since then, I've chosen the Couer d'Alene/Post Falls area and have already started working with an agent.

After that you should post a 7 day notice or whatever notice your state requires.
