I personally don’t have construction experience (I’m in healthcare) but my husband is a drafter and my family is full of welders (they own a small metal fabrication company in Houston). 

I would consider stretching that out to every day for a week, maybe blast some really loud metal, heat fish in the microwave, constantly talk to her about your eviction process, or whatever you can to annoy her and scare her off.

Hi there,While doing tuck-pointing, the contractors found a corroded sheet metal.

Details of the property: Property consists of a 29 unit storage unit made of cinder block and metal roofing and two single wide trailers.

It has new everything... plumbing, HVAC, metal roof, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, paint, cedar beams, cedar shutters, vaulted ceilings, landscaping.... everything!

I had already installed a couple of years ago & that ran $1200 with new evap coil, line set & a 1/2 days work. 

She was quoted $6,200 for 190 ft long, 6ft tall wood on metal... fair price?

Next is Structure items such as how the metal structure is, whats the site moisture conditions, is their tie-downs and what type are they, is it on grade, posts, free-standing, and especially roof coatings.

Everything is going smoothly but the one concern I have is a metal tank found during a scan.
