To become a successful real estate investor, learn through books, find a mentor, start small, diversify, set clear goals, stay financially prudent, obtain a real estate license, encourage persistence, take breaks, and celebrate small wins.

Unfortunately, I am not local to your area so I would not know of any contractors of cost, but your local meet ups, mentors, or investors could point you in the right way.

You may want to consider investing in an on-site mentor to come train you.
