I know all about hustle: I woke/wake up at 4:00 a.m. to exercise every morning, ate/eat a very healthy diet all while I worked 3 jobs during my last year of high school (2 jobs since the age of 16) and saved every penny to buy myself a car with cash and begin saving.

Just like those diet pills people take to lose weight.

Buy a few books on nutrition and diet that are actually backed by science, and design a diet around your research as much as possible.

When life hands us a lemon, make lemonade instead of blaming the circumstance. 

ok, ok....but Im on a DIET!!!

Long story short, three of her siblings died young of heart disease brought on by terrible diets, smoking, and drinking.

It is kind of like a diet but once you start losing the weight and start seeing results, you start to really buy in.

I guess I will have to make some lemonade.
