I am 18 and I want to be a Real Estate investor and well I've been doing my research on Real Estate for about 4 months now and I love the idea and I've always wanted to live financially free at a young age..  and real estate can give you that with hard work, but I need help... I don't know where to start since I have not alot of Knowledge.. any advice where to start.? I know Its good to find a mentor but how do I get to communicate with a investor in Real Estate.. Thank you!

I agree with @Victor Gutierrez that you should read a book like "Set For Life" by Scott Trench. Learn how to handle your money. Those who are faithful with little will be faithful with much.

Avoid the get-rich-quick novices on BP. There are far too many people buying crap deals hoping the market will continue to grow and eventually turn a profit. The investors with low cash flow and little equity will be wiped out. It's just a matter of when.

As a young guy, house-hacking is a great way to dip your feet in the water. Learn how to be a Landlord before trying to buy 20 units. Learn how to buy homes with real money before trying to flip houses with hard-money lenders or syndicate deals for 100 units.

Slow and steady will win the race far more times than funding flips with credit cards or cashing out the equity in your personal home to fund investments.
