Right now I am looking at Japanese real estate and have noticed that there are 2 pretty big Canadian banks in japan, RBC and Scotiabank, do you think it would be possible to obtain a loan via one of those?

I lived in Japan for a few years and would love to host some Japanese kids while also keeping my Japanese language proficient.

I even had one want to rebook my unit since he canceled a trip to Japan but I did not have dates open he wanted to book.

You can't take it with you, so unless you are buying distressed property that you can add value to and sell them, I would not want to see you going to Japan and your house in GA is managed by a crappy manager and you lose your ***.
