I have been reading about adverse mortgage fees in news from Dec 1st( it was supposed to be implemented from Sept 1) and this has been playing in the back of my mind during this refinance process am I little worried if it’s going to bite my back at the time of closing, my current lender has already sent me payoff instructions.

Consider implementing flexible work arrangements for tenants, such as staggered hours or remote work options, to mitigate the impact of limited parking.

These rental managements systems are very different AND ACH xfer of rent is not implemented all the same. 

My 2 cents - firstly, I'd write down what your personal goals are and then implement a strategy that suits.

The other risk I see is if there are layoffs of the middle-management ranks or high tech programmer/analyst type jobs move offshore.As you move down the price ranges and even on the higher end price ranges, if they are priced right, they get sold, get sold pretty quickly, and still getting multiple offers.   

It's a good read, but I haven't actually implemented any of the suggestions in the book.
