I did go about becoming a member with the cart before the horse so to speak but I have corrected that.

IMHO, estimates provided by contractors, licensed OR unlicensed, corporate or one-horse operations, are pretty much a crap shoot.

Do you guys find there are a lot of other investors on these lists that the agents give out of new Reo's and that it is a race to beat them?

If you learn the business and buy right, you can reach your dream of getting out of the rat race.

You are right, it's probably too late and most fellows won't beat a dead horse....but...If you are as keen on it as you seem you may want to call the new owner and see if they want a quick turnaround.
