Hello from New York City

Hello

My name is Toni and I joined the forum two days ago. I’m from New York City. I’m really excited about finding the forum it’s what I have been looking for since I have acquired an interest in developing and the acquisition of loft buildings. I have to admit that after reading through some of the section on the forum there are a lot more things that I will want to learn about and become a part of.

I have some real estate knowledge in the area of commercial and residential so I not a total novice. But I am by no means any particular type of expert and I look forward to learning more especially about my current interest which I am not very knowledgeable in and that I intend to implement in the future.

I posted a question two days ago in the Development Section. I look forward to any input the forum community can give me. Thank you in advance. I did go about becoming a member with the cart before the horse so to speak but I have corrected that. I have updated my profile and I’m introducing myself. I send my apologies for being so excited I forgot good manners.

I’m really excited about the forum and the opportunities it present. I hope I will be able to pay it forward over time.
