Jeffery Griggs all problems I can attribute to me being a novice, first time investor - I bought the property over priced through an online investor network without conducting proper due diligence, I allowed the seller to get away with not fulfilling their promise to place a Section 8 tenant prior to closing and not fixing the noted deficiencies in the inspection.

So some of them can come rip me a new @hole about how agents' time is sacred and you now have a lifelong commitment to the agent once you ran into them on a street corner one day..

If  you haven't fulfilled all loan obligations I would entertain "roommates" if it is condusive to your living arrangements. 

Even when they are faced with tragic situations the payor's first priority is making the payment on the investor's note and they always fulfill all their obligations.

It's hard to keep all of these tips in mind all of the time but it's definitely a good reminder of what it truly means to live a happy life and feel fulfilled.

Sorry to say your fault was not signing the termination, Under WI law, one party cannot unilaterally send you your ernest money back, there has to be a directive agreed to by both parties. depending on the language in the contract, the bank may have the right to use your ernest as liquidated damages if you do not fulfill your end of the deal, but they have rights far outside of yours, if you dont have experience in REO deals I suggest you read all the docs.  

They didn't "suggest" anything.They told you to fulfill your legal responsibility to keep there rental safe.Now call an exterminator and tell them to come over ASAP and remove or destroy the bees.
