Tenant started around 6 months ago, was paying on time and then they started with being late then went to bouncing a check to not paying. 

Late payments on rent don't show on credit report.

So there i am in my late 20s and named in a 9th circuit case :)

@Jay HinrichsSorry, it is late and I'm done for the night so I was too quick...these were NOT REAL Estate taxes, they were an INCOME tax lien for unpaid state income taxes.....That should clear it up.
