I agree - there is usually a "locking mechanism" type thing - try raising the window & snap it out - then look in the channel - there is probably something in the shape of a C or U depending on which way it is turned.....this usually controls the tension rod.....play with that & then make sure they are both locked back in place parallel to each other - then re-insert the window & try it...That in itself may work....

I can say for myself is that I would like the people who I come in contact with to know who they will be talking to, it puts the potential client at ease, to know they can see a pic of yourself...besides I think My SMILE is a gift, it brings warmth,& lots of times I get compliments from people who have had a bad day & say that they thought of my SMILE & it brought strength to them etc, so among other reasons that is why I post my pic.
