I'm ready!!!

Hello all. My name is Glen, I'm 37 years old and I'm ready to get started in real estate investing.

For the last 5 years I've been interested in getting into real estate investing. I've bought the Carlton Sheets course, did a "mentoring" program with Peter Conti and took a course with Russ Whitney. While they had good information I just couldn't wrap my head around the "creative financing" aspect of their programs.

So fast forward to today. I recently got a line of credit for 90K on the equity in my home. Now I need to put the rubber to the road. Kinda scary.

Looking forward to learning ALOT from you all and hopefully getting my first deal done in the near future.
