& Account Closed Thank you both for responding... this is exactly what i experienced, it is pretty clear thats one of the key value pieces for a wholesaler, you have to be the point person for all parties.  

The part about 'foreign national loan' companies assigning a credit score was a piece of the puzzle I was missing.   

Overall, I would say not to let the compliance piece scare you away. 

There's a real attachment to furniture pieces.

It literally took me years to get all of the pieces into place, but now I have a huge amount of freedom and flexibility.

That said, I'll share a few pieces of information that I think will be helpful. 

The language barrier was the most difficult piece in my experience but I also ran into legal issues where the party that defaulted on their contract was connected so there wasn’t much I could do to get what I was owed.
